Role Overview & Responsibilities

Report to Creative Director

We are looking for a highly organised & creative individual with experience in production, video, events & entertainment to work across all of our brands: The Ivy collection, Ivy Asia, Harry’s and Brasserie of Light


Manage all the content production:

  • Working closely with the creative director, creative and marketing teams, on how to bring the global concept to life
  • Negotiating all aspects of the shooting production & art buying with photographers, agents and suppliers
  • Coordinating in-house videography, motion design and editing teams
  • In-house casting or managing external casting director
  • Managing props, set stylist and fashion stylist when necessary
  • Managing internal requests for uniforms & pins needed on set
  • Managing internal teams such as restaurant general managers and food&beverage team to shoot inside the restaurants
  • Making sure the shootings run smoothly – attend all shoots
  • Managing all aspects of post-production with retouchers or in-house or external post team
  • Supporting in all contracts, usage right negotiations, payment follow ups and various admin tasks
  • Ad-hoc support of the event production team when necessary


Manage all the event production:

  • Organisation of different scales & sizes of events across the different sites throughout the year as & when required
  • Creating detailed & creative presentations to support marketing campaigns
  • Creating itemised & detailed budgets, as well as negotiating costs with suppliers
  • Managing weekly entertainment bookings across all brands
  • Sourcing costumes, styling & props for specific themes
  • Planning & creating detailed production schedules (costume, styling, props, printing etc) to share with site teams & suppliers
  • Communicating with sites on a regular occasion for their feedback & making improvements where needed
  • Researching & keeping up to date with new entertainment & creative concepts


Requirements:

  • Over 5 year experience in shoot & event production for either fashion, luxury, hospitality or lifestyle ; either in-house or agency
  • Strong knowledge of stills and film production
  • Able to manage small budget or large production
  • Happy to be quite hands on and always solution oriented,
  • Extensive contacts in the industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Self-sufficient individual that works with energy and enthusiasm
  • Confident, calm and balanced under pressure
  • Shows willingness to 'go beyond' and exceed expectations for their team and department.
