Role Overview & Responsibilities

We're recruiting for an Interim Director of Innovation & Practice.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in helping to improve democracy. You'll be leading on the development and delivery of impactful projects in line with Involve's vision, mission and strategy.

Salary band: c£60,000, negotiable depending on experience

Location: Within easy reach of either London, Edinburgh or Belfast..

Hours: Full time, part time or flexible hours (interim contract, 6 months appointment)

Because this is an interim role, we are operating a streamlined appointment process which starts with a simple expression of interest.

We are looking for fresh inspiration and to expand partnership working with people from around our sector and beyond, so will be open minded as to what different candidates might bring. We are keen to find the right person, with the right appetite for working with us, and can flex to accommodate you when it comes to contract length, working hours, and other accommodations if needed.
