Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Imperial Hotel are looking for a Kitchen Porter to Work as part of a team in our busy kitchen assisting in the day to day running of the catering area. Along with the kitchen management team complying with all hygiene and health and safety programmes and regulations.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
• Collect and wash up pots and pans.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep the storeroom organised.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised in the kitchen and still room area

This role is part time and includes some weekends and evenings.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: Up to £10.92 per hour
