The Green Room is a lovely WINE bar on the picturesque William Street in West End of Edinburgh.

We have a extensive wine list, a carefully selected cocktail menu and we are serving lighter dishes eg cheese and charcuterie platters. We organise a selection of events; Steak tartare, Networking events, Flamenco events etc.

We are looking for YOU who is proud to give excellent customer service.

You will join the team with Elena, Skye, Azahara and Ghislain.

PERSONALITY: Green Room is a small wine bar with lots of regular friendly clientele. You will soon be part of a lovely team and can be yourself. We expect you to be a warm personality.

TRAINING & KNOWLEDGE: If you have knowledge in cocktails, wines and barista skills - it is a bonus otherwise we will train you in cocktail making and wine knowledge.

DEDICATION & ATTITUDE: Your attitude and your long term commitment is most important. We expect you to bring your friendly, professional and personal customer service.

Due to our good quality service and quality of drinks choice, the tips is good in The Green Room, this is a bonus that is a true reflection of the pride we have in high standards.

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £10.20-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
