Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Mixologist!
We are currently looking to recruit a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver the most impressive cocktails at the highest level.

Key duties include:

• To create cocktails to the highest standards in our Offa Bar
• Be part of the creative team to design new cocktails for our seasonal menus
• Training with the team to develop cocktail knowledge
• Assist with stock takes and control of inventories
• Control wastage and manage

Key requirements for this role are as follows:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience of supervising people is essential
• Ability to inspire and get the best out of people
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work independently
• Immaculate personal presentation

Live in accommodation available

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Salary: From £12.00 per hour
