Role Overview & Responsibilities

You will be a vital part of our team, responsible for organising all non-automotive events and estate video shoots end-to-end throughout the year. A natural collaborator you be a natural at building relationships with colleagues, department heads, videographers, photographers, editors and producers.

From our home in the heart of the West Sussex countryside, Goodwood has a growing global audience for its flagship events; including the Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and the Members’ Meeting, plus the Qatar Goodwood Festival and Goodwoof.

The Goodwood Events Media team produces a high volume of original content both during the key event periods and throughout the rest of the year. This content is vital in keeping our audiences engaged and growing sponsorship opportunities.

You will work closely with our lead producer and lead editor to ensure our content production needs and events are fully resourced by hiring and managing freelance support. As Production Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the correct event infrastructure is in place for the digital content team as well paying invoices and managing the shoot.

  • Passion for what you do
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • A highly creative approach and a desire to push the boundaries of creativity, whilst looking at new and different ways of doing things
  • Ability to self-motivate in a highly autonomous role with a high creative drive
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
