Bar / Waiting Staff - The Feathered Nest Country Inn

The Feathered Nest is a modern British Inn, delivering relaxed and welcoming fine dining in the heart of the Cotswolds.

The Nest team is growing and we are looking for passionate and experienced Bar / Waiting staff to join us.

Full / Part time contract (part time hours available, mornings, evenings and weekends) average 48 hours per week.

About you:

As a Waiter/Waitress, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests at all times. You will ensure the smooth efficient running of service throughout the bar / restaurant.

Main responsibilities:

• Deliver an amazing bar & food experience to our customers.
• Deliver outstanding restaurant cleanliness.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Accurately handle cash while using our till (Zonal) systems.
• Learning about our products and services.
• Engaging with customers and colleagues.

Experience:

• Bar / Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)

Duties:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking orders for food and drink
• Serving food
• Serving alcohol
• Cleaning and resetting tables with dishes, glasses, and flatware as needed
• Preparing cheques and processing payments
• Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floors, washing dishes, etc.

Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
