Role Overview & Responsibilities

The busy Summer Season heading our way!

Would you like to be part of our successful team and work at iconic events in the heart London?

We are looking for friendly, passionate, well-mannered, presentable, well-spoken and enthusiastic individuals to join our security team.

You will get the chance to work at premier venues in London such as Olympia Exhibition Centre and Excel Exhibition Centre on some of the most prestigious trade and public events.

Your role:

• Assist in the movement of spectators. i.e. access support & queue management
• Provide a friendly face as a welcoming representative of the event
• Queue management & access support
• Respond to situations, providing reports and taking early action

You:

• Professional
• Confident interacting with large crowds
• Friendly, presentable and a team player
• No experience necessary – Full briefing and training provided

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £10.90-£12.20 per hour

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
