Role Overview & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
· Provide highest level of customer service to our clients.
· Process emails/calls from customers and suppliers.
· Coordinate linen hire orders.
· Data entry into Xero to enable invoicing.
· Issue monthly invoices.
· Working with the accountant to provide supporting information as required.
· Maintain an updated Call Sheet for drivers and incident book entries.
· Ops Mtg Agenda and track action points.
· Provide admin support projects across business portfolio
· Be a brand ambassador for ECO and operate with a Green ethos throughout.
Skills required:
· A positive, hardworking individual with a can-do attitude.
· Accuracy and good communication skills are vital as is your attention to detail.
· Excellent data entry skills needed
· Competent with Microsoft 365
· The use of your own initiative and contribution to the team effort is encouraged; never be afraid to ask or express your concerns.
· Full, clean Driving Licence required
Ferry pass and mileage will be considered for the right candidate if outside Dartmouth
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
