Multi Drop Delivery Driver – APC – Saltash

* We pay for the VAN, FUEL, INSURANCE and UNIFORM *

Our Delivery Drivers can earn £525+ a week

Full time, part time and ad hoc roles available

Pay Rate: £10.50 - £13.00 per hour dependent on previous experience/performance

Potential to earn £27,300 - £33,800 per year

Holiday: 28 days holiday per year (pro rata for part-time positions)

Hours: Monday to Friday – Saturdays on rotation

Variable hours available - Full time, Part time and Ad Hoc

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Loading and offloading of vehicles and general sortation of consignments
• Accurate checking of items out for delivery on the HHT and reporting of any discrepancies to your line Manager
• Complete vehicle checks and report any problems
• Complete deliveries and collections throughout the day in a timely manner whilst adhering to company standards and health & safety procedures. Expectation of 60-100 per day dependent on route area.
• Report any problems to your line manager throughout the day
• End of day – return to depot, unload and labelling of non-deliveries and ensure all deliveries are accounted for on the HHT
• Driver debrief with Manager on duty
• Ensure vehicle is cleaned and refuelled for next day
• Compliance with delivery and collection key performance indicators

Personal Specification

• Previous experience of 60+ multi drop deliveries per day
• Excellent geographical knowledge of the area
• Good time keeping
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident in dealing with people on the phone and in person
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Full driving licence
• Valid DBS check must be provided
• Experience with HHTs
