Role Overview & Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for ambitious and motivated graduates to join our Property Graduate Scheme and become a successful part of the team for one of the UKs largest small business Landlords. Our scheme will support candidates in achieving RICS membership and developing into a valued part of our team. Roles are either for the Commercial Real Estate, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying and Project Management pathways.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Gain broad property experience including rotations through Property Management, Asset Management (including leasing and lease event management), Development, Quantity Surveying , Building Surveying and Project Management pathways
- Support your teams and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver set objectives
- Develop an understanding of property practices and represent the company when liaising with stakeholders and external parties
- Participate in meetings and present clear reporting to support business decisions.
- Attain the necessary knowledge and understanding towards the RICS qualification through on-the-job learning
- Demonstrate a commitment to completing the qualification within the set timeframe
- Attend relevant lectures, seminars and workshops and keep up-to-date with changes in the asset management and real estate industries
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A degree in a RICS-accredited course such as surveying, property, real estate or construction
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Available to start the scheme in September 2023
- Demonstrable interest in earning RICS qualification
