Salary banding is between £40,000 to £57,000 & Benefits dependent on experience
What we’ll offer
This individual will be a technical designer for ServiceNow code and architecture, and work with architects and implementation consultants in order to build solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, forming part of the wider Service Transformation team to delivery continual service improvement in Tesco Bank. Technology’s aim/focus is to leverage the ServiceNow platform to better serve the Business, and in turn our Tesco Bank customers.

- ServiceNow - ITSM Processes, Automation and Workflow, Agile Methodology
- Ability to design, prototype, implement, test, and deploy business rules and technical solutions of ServiceNow using best practices, tools, and technology.
- Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow including integrations with other applications.
- Hands-on experience in developing the Service Portal and Service Catalogue
The Role
This role is for a Technical Designer for ServiceNow code and architecture who will:
- Work with architects and implementation consultants in order to build solutions and processes.
- Support platform maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform
- Work as part of the wider Service Transformation team to delivery continual service improvement in Tesco Bank
