Food & Beverage Assistant

Teesside International Airport

Part-time & Full-time positions available on a 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are looking for passionate and ambitious Food & Beverage Assistants to work as part of a team driving customer excellence throughout our new offerings. You will be expected to lead by example and ensure business needs are met whilst promoting our vision and values.

Main duties:

• Provide a first class passenger experience
• Maintain a good knowledge of all our Retail, Food and Beverage Products and actively upsell to our customers
• You will work front of house offering retail, bar and table service to take passenger orders and serve their food and drink

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in working within a food & beverage environment
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Be educated to GCSE level or above
• Hold an awareness of environment health guidelines
• Have the ability to remain calm in challenging situations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £10.50 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (required)

Work Location: One location
