Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job purpose

To manage and further develop the Team Spirits portfolio across designated terminal, exceeding customers, clients’ and team needs, whilst enhancing the reputation of Team Spirits to be the Agency and Employer of choice.

Principal accountabilities

1

Overall management of Brand and Retailer accounts in terminal, ensuring excellent working relationships by driving and maintaining first class communications, and always delivering on agreed commercial and customer service objectives

Drive and manage the communications with each individual business partner, arranging regular, agendered meetings, seeking feedback and delivering regular follow up and business updates

Coach, train and develop the Team Spirits terminal team, enabling them to deliver excellence in both sales and customer service across multiple brands and retailers

Develop and maintain close working relationship with designated admin support, ensuring the process of passes, rosta’s and other admin responsibilities are efficient

Plan, prioritise and rosta both personal and team workload to ensure all events are on time and on budget, staffed by the most appropriate team members

Follow up potential business opportunities with a view to gaining additional accounts, shifts or new clients, in collaboration with Head Office and Head of Travel Retail.

Deliver the role in a professional and reliable manner, and demonstrate the Team Spirits values of Loyalty, Trust, Collaboration and Fun

Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Customer Service environment preferably retail
  • Customer experience focused, with a clear view of link between great customer service and successful sales results
  • A passionate customer enthusiast who can influence others to deliver continuously improved service results
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across all levels
  • Able to make and manage complex external and internal customer relationships and demonstrate excellent service through personal example

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
