Entry Level Recruitment Consultant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

TPR are partnered with a well reputed Life Science recruitment company in the heart of London, who are looking for motivated graduates or college leavers with at least 6 months sales experience.

The role of an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant:

• Sourcing candidates through different tools: (LinkedIn, advertising, headhunting etc)
• Pre-screen and interview prepare candidates
• Manage the whole interview process through to closing
• Meeting with candidates and clients
• Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients and candidates

• £24K basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE of £35K year 1, £40K year 2, £60K year 3).

We are looking for people with or without a degree but ideally 6 months sales experience. Telephone based commercial experience will also be strongly considered.
