Role responsibilities

• Work closely with our design & manufacturing teams to produce a smooth and professional operation
• Work with architects, developers and clients to provide project specific solutions
• Create sets of working drawings for manufacturing & installation purposes
• Drafting of technical drawings & project details
• Discussing manufacturing requirements with the Production Manager
• Taking verbal direction and implementing in to working drawings
• Coordinating the filing, storage, and distribution of drawings
• Due to the unique nature of the company and its products, various other responsibilities will be explained during the interviewing stage

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Competent in using 2D drafting software. Knowledge and competence in using SketchUp Pro
• Competent in using Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, One Note etc)
• Able to work well with others
• Design skills & knowledge
• Thoroughness and attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised and with initiative
• Ability to solve problems, and put ideas forward to both the design and manufacturing teams
• Able to define problems and find solutions
• Due to the bespoke and niche nature of the company, training will be provided

Salary

• Salary will be between £19,760 & £23,000 commensurate with experience. Progression within the company is encouraged, with salary to match performance.
