The Role:
Demonstrate your passion for customer service to deliver a unique and special experience to guests- Support your team to create a positive working environment and to be the best team that we can be
- Use your personable skills to respond to different situations and different customer requirements
- Show your experience and ability to manage large sections of guests during busy periods to deliver an impeccable level of service and attention to detail
- Demonstrate a desire to go further in your career and learn new skills
