Junior Designer – Salary 21k

Junior Designer to join a creative agency based in High Wycombe to work on exciting client projects and help an incredibly talented creative team.

About Tank2 Create

Tank2 create is looking to expand the creative team, starting with a Junior Designer to support the design team. You will be participating in various design projects from concept to completion.

Job Role

This role is best suited for someone who has worked in an agency before and has first-hand experience with adhering to complex brand guidelines.

We want someone to join the Tank2 family who has a passion for all things creative and enjoys implementing designs accurately across different touchpoints.

The key responsibilities of a junior designer include creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the more senior graphic designers, and improving design tasks. To be successful as a junior graphic designer at Tank2 Create, you should have original ideas and have a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Producing artwork, drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions
• Listening to feedback to hone skills and improve design.
• Happy talking about the big picture as you are keeping an eye on meticulous execution and the day-to-day details.
• Ensure artwork adheres to a range and brand guidelines and play an essential role as a Brand Guardian, working closely with the rest of the design team.
• Maintain high-quality, accurate artwork.
• Client-facing role - confidence in communicating face-to-face, over video calls and via email.
• You will accurately flow in languages and codes on multi-lingual pack artworks and manage amends and approvals from multiple stakeholders.
• Juggle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 years’ experience in a design agency or similar job role
• Good sportsmanship and Teamwork skills.
• A good portfolio of past design and creative projects.
• We are looking for someone to be in the office at least 3 times a week with the option of remote working the other 2 days.

Salary: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Graphic design: 1 year (required)
