Role: Business Development Associate

We are looking for an energetic self-starter who can quickly grasp the company’s vision, this person will be resourceful and have the vision to identify opportunities and convert successfully!

• Ability to build sales by contacting and building relationships with new and existing clients

• Extremely organised and capable of managing the full 360 sales cycle

• Excellent Sales Skills Negotiation, Understanding, Solution lead, Relationship Building qualities.

• Proactive cold calling sales role either on the phone or face-to-face.

• Influencing skills are essential

• Excellent communication & Networking skills

• Ideally from the Recruitment industry

• Related experience within the recruitment or IT service sector would be advantageous.

• Strong negotiating capabilities

• Be persistent, self-motivated, and driven to make high sales commissions.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London, E14: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
