Role Overview & Responsibilities

At Swindon RFC we are looking for enthusiastic people to become casual bar staff. You will be primarily working the bar in our functions room on an adhoc basis.

What you’ll do:

Be a vital part of the Front of house operation and ensure our bars run smoothly

Provide excellent customer service with a dedicated and helpful approach

Serving, clearing, and keeping tables/Bar area spotless

What you bring:

Strictly 18+ due to licencing regulations

A can-do attitude and flexible approach to working

Excellent attention to detail, plus good communication skills

Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal

Flexibility of various shift patterns and essential weekend working

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £10.40-£10.50 per hour

• Weekend availability

• Swindon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
• customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
• Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
