Qualified Dispenser for Dispensing GP Practice

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Swallowfield Medical Practice is a friendly, semi-rural dispensing practice with a family feel, located in the heart of a typical English Village close to M4 Jnc 11. Our current list size is in excess of 15,600 and we are growing all the time with many housing developments underway and planned for in the future. Our main surgery is in Swallowfield but we also have a purpose built (branch) site in Shinfield.

We are currently looking for a qualified/registered Pharmacy Technician or a qualified Dispenser who has an interest in a role within a Primary Care Setting. Our dispensary is currently manned by six Dispensers and we are currently open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.30pm with no weekend working. We have a very friendly dispensary team and are supported by staff in the practice as a whole. We have a position about to become vacant for approximately 31hrs per week and we may be able to be relatively flexible about how these hours are worked over the week.
