Role Overview & Responsibilities

SVA CAR LAMPS & BODY PANELS are the largest independent importer and distributor of crash repair parts in London. Established since 1972 we have an extensive understanding of the automotive industry and unrivalled knowledge in this competitive and forever changing industry. Our aim is to supply high quality parts to the automotive industry at competitive prices. We provide a three times a day delivery service within the M25, and our vehicles have real-time tracking which enables us to provide an excellent delivery service with realistic arrival times. We have the largest range of crash repair parts in the UK. We import from worldwide sources, enabling us to offer very low prices without compromising on quality. We have two branches in North and South London respectively, and have recently acquired a new branch in Slough which will be opening shortly. The company has further expansion plans also in the pipeline.

We are currently looking for a Parts Sales Advisor for our Wembley branch for immediate start.

Outline of responsibilities:-

• Responsible for servicing existing customers and help to generate new business
• Accurately identify customer requirements
• Process parts orders efficiently
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new or updated parts (Training will be provided)

Outline of requirements:You should be able to work on your own, show initiative and communicate with customers and colleagues in a respectful manner. Customer service and inter-personal skills are vital. You must be ambitious, ready to take on new challenges and be a quick learner.

Qualifications:English and Maths G.C.S.E or equivalent. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 0815 - 1815, alternate Saturdays 0845 - 1430

Salaryrange: £24,000 - £29,000

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
