Live in Nanny

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Location: Henley, Oxfordshire, RG9

Start: 28th June 2023

Children: 2 years old

Compensation: £55K -£60K+

Schedule: 5.5 days up to 60h per week

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated nanny to join a high-profile family in a shared care role, which will progress to a sole charge position over time. The successful candidate may also be required to provide proxy parenting as needed.

The family is specifically looking for a nanny with 5-10 years of experience, who is creative, adaptable, forward-thinking, and quick to respond. A patient, thorough, and bubbly personality is essential, along with a strong sense of discretion.

Please note that there are no pets in the household. The nanny should have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and be able to create a fun and enriching learning environment for the child. Researching and organizing local age-appropriate activities will also be part of the role.

Duties will include:

• Light housekeeping duties related to the child's care
• Experience with potty training
• Meal planning, preparation, and some batch cooking
• Encouraging an active lifestyle and spending time outdoors
• Attending local toddler groups and play sessions
• Planning and implementing age-appropriate and stimulating activities
• Assisting with the child's laundry and maintaining cleanliness in their nursery
• General nursery duties

Applicants must have their own car, equipped with business and liability insurance, to facilitate transportation for the child.

• Henley on Thames: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Nannying: 5 years (preferred)
• childcare: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
