Job Title: Luxury Jewelry Brand - Sales Associate

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated, WELL PRESENTED - WELL GROOMED, highly skilled Sales Associate to join our client’s team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities in the luxury retail industry.
Responsibilities:

● Greet customers and assist them with their shopping needs
● Build relationships with clients to increase repeat business and customer loyalty
● Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
● Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards
● Process transactions accurately and efficiently
● Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
● Participate in store events and promotions
● Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives

Requirements:

● Previous retail sales experience preferred
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Customer-focused and able to provide exceptional service
● Highly motivated and results-driven
● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Familiarity with luxury retail brands preferred
● Bilingual language skills are a plus
