Meat Cutters/Butchers - Immediate Start

Meat Mart are looking to recruit a full-time Meat Cutter/Butcher to join the team at their Leeds Hunslet Meat Mart store.

Applicants should be enthusiastic, motivated and experienced, with excellent customer service skills.

The Role:

Slice and dice fresh meat according to cutting specifications.

Ensure products are correctly wrapped and labelled.

Adherence to food safety regulations and completion of due diligence checks.

Following all relevant company policies & procedures.

Creation of merchandising displays.

Cash handling.

Provide excellent customer service.

Assisting in all areas of the store as/when required.

Essential Skills:

Previous experience in food preparation/meat cutting, preferably within a retail environment

Excellent attitude towards customer service.

Proactive approach to tasks.

Productive and efficient working ability.

Team player.

Excellent timekeeping.

A positive approach to learning and self development.
