Role Overview & Responsibilities

A person applying for this job must have the followings

• Minimum of 3 years experience Managing a Restaurant
• Staff training and building team up
• Agreeing and managing Budgets
• Planning Menus
• ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation.
• promoting and marketing business.
• overseeing stock levels
• ordering necessary supplies
• producing staff rotas
• setting targets
• liaising with customers, suppliers and licensing authorities
• making improvements to the running of business and developing a restaurant

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
