Our office is based at our Engineering department in Marine Parade, Worthing. This is a part time position, working 25hrs per week Monday to Friday.
The role is primarily ensuring parts are ordered for vehicles in a timely fashion and that perpetual stock takes are carried out weekly. The position also carries all measure of administrative duties including monitoring our fuel usage and recording this on our bespoke fuel system.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily fuel usage records using our bespoke system
- Ordering parts and chasing suppliers
- Any other administration duties requested by the Engineering Manager
- Assist with keeping stock supplies at a recommended level and carry out stock audits
Desirable Attributes
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Be competent working with Microsoft Office programs
- The ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Team working skills
