Role Overview & Responsibilities

About the role

Staffordshire University is looking for a CRM Marketing Officer to join the Marketing, PR and Communications department.

They will be responsible for delivering marketing communications to prospective students and improving engagement and conversions across the customer journey. With a focus on increasing event bookings and attendance rates, they will also contribute to wider CRM strategy and progress our CRM activity to increase recruitment and improve reputation across the customer journey.

The individual must be familiar with planning, setting up, delivering and reporting on complex campaigns. This will involve a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns, dynamic content and user experience requirements. In a busy environment, they will be required to meet a consistently high standard, delivering campaigns to deadline and on-brand.

We are seeking an individual with relevant experience in a similar role, with strong technical, analytical and communication skills.
