Delivery Driver

Delivery Driver (Pharmacy)
As a pharmacy delivery driver you will be playing an active part in the community by being that regular friendly face to our patients. For this role you will be required to remain flexible on a day to day basis in order to meet the needs of the pharmacy.
We are looking for an individual who is flexible, personable and professional who will be the face of our pharmacy on the road.

• You will be provided with a vehicle, but you will need a UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Your main responsibility will be to promptly and conscientiously deliver prescriptions and / or items to private houses, nursing and residential homes.
• Attention to detail is paramount as you will be responsible for ensuring that prescription items are delivered in line with the company’s regulated procedures.
• It would be ideal to have a good local knowledge to assist you with navigating and planning your workload. Although route planning software will be provided.

Working hours: 25-35 hrs a week. Due to the needs of the business some days may be quieter than others. The candidate will be working across multiple branches.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary: £10.42-£10.45 per hour
