Accounts Payable Clerk

Role Overview & Responsibilities

My client is a premium property management company and they are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk who has experience within the PROPERTY industry.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be working within a small and busy finance team reporting to the financial controller.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk

-Processing supplier invoices

-Execution of monthly payment runs

-Bank account reconciliation

-Management of supplier payment plans for specific projects

-Liaison with asset managers

-Adhoc duties as required

-Supplier reconciliation

Essential requirements of Accounts Payable Clerk

-2 years plus experience in a similar Accounts Payable role

-Experience within the PROPERTY INDUSTRY A MUST

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
