Role Overview & Responsibilities

Up to £27,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus & Benefits

Your purpose

To provide administration and general support to the team which supports the Property Estates team. The role will consist of directly working on the implementation of the database, whilst also dealing with general duties of the support team to enable them to focus on elements of the database implementation.


Your role

  • Supporting the planning in relation to the project deliverables, detailing actions required, timescales, accountable individuals and providing supporting and planning to ensure on time delivery
  • Project monitoring, including the updating of project sponsors with key updates and gathering answers to the queries when required.
  • Assembling, collecting, cross referencing and coordinating all relevant information ensuring all is in an agreed format and compliant to be imported.
  • Support in developing the change management plan to ensure successful implementation of the project.
  • First point of contact for landlords and partners in relation to property queries, dealing with the queries where possible or directing them to the right team. Owning the query through to completion.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong IT Skills including excel VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
  • Strong office management experience
  • Ability to see a project through to completion and an eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work with the flexibility required
