Cleaner Lead Mobile Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a new key member of our cleaning team, hours will be on a rota basis and flexibility is ESSENTIAL. Hours will be circa 30 hours per week.

We are a rapidly growing commercial cleaning company that has a requirement for a new role within our company. Due to our high growth plan over the next 12 months there will be the potential for growth and opportunities to progress within the company. You will be required to work early mornings some as early as 5am and also evenings, days generally consist of split shifts.

Your role will consist of, training new team members, auditing our sites on a rotational basis, assisting on improving standards following any complaints, helping to cover sickness and holidays, scheduling may also be included when up to standard and as progression.

Important skills; able to work independently and as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail and a good communication skills.

FULL clean driving licence is required.

Weekly or monthly pay available we can be flexible to what you prefer, this is an employed position so holiday pay will be accrued.

there is no regular place of work the main office is BH11 and then sites are across Bournemouth and Poole.
