Role Overview & Responsibilities

Located within our stores, Delish Deli is a convenient place for our customers to stop for breakfast, lunch or great coffee on the go. We’re looking for a special candidate who will lead our hard-working and friendly team, making it all happen - from preparing delicious food, first class customer service at the deli counter, or maintaining great hygiene standards by keeping the prep and service areas clean. Reporting to the Deli Manager, you’ll be supported by a team of brilliant people, and there are fantastic career development and progression opportunities.

Key Duties of this role include, but are not limited to...

• Supporting the Deli Manager to deliver the new Delish concept in an exciting new store.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene by implementing a clean as you go’ policy.

• Working as part of a team to ensure all counters- Delish Deli -remain fresh and appetizing for our customers

• Supporting the Deli Manger in the achievement of the store KPI’s in relation to sales, wastage and profitability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

Salary: £5.81-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Belfast: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
