Role Overview & Responsibilities

£11.67 per hour | 45 hours per week | Permanent

South Essex property services is looking for a hardworking and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to join our team working at the Southend Victoria Shopping Centre. Your duties will involve supervising the general cleaning of all areas around the centre, including the external areas.

You will be required to supervise the team on shift and ensure they are carrying out the tasks to a high standard and in line with the specification agreed by SEPS and Savills. You will report directly to the Dual Service Manager at the centre.

The ideal candidate will be used to working in a fast-paced team with the ability to remain calm under pressure. They will also have excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.

Shifts will be 5am until 2pm Monday to Friday with alternating Fridays/Saturdays.
