Role Overview & Responsibilities

Event Crew: We are seeking highly motivated Events Crew to work for our fast growing crewing company! This is a freelance role and you will be offered work during weekends as well as weekdays.

*We are currently looking for UK or EU passport holders only who are 18 or older. Must have Settle or pre-settle status.

If you have any of the following skills/licences there will be an opportunity to be fast tracked with the potential to earn more money:

• CSCS card holders

• Plant Operatives (MEWPS, NPORS, IPAF, PASMA)

• Carpenters and Scaffolders

• Crew Experience

• IMMEDIATE FAST TRACK AVAILABLE FOR DRIVERS

ABOUT THE ROLE

· Loading and unloading trucks

· Building and dismantling stages and set

· Rigging/de-rigging sound, lighting, and AV equipment

· Installing and removing temporary flooring and barriers

· Building and breaking down of temporary seating structures

· Carrying and lifting items including furniture, set and scenery, and, AV equipment

· The constructing of temporary/semi-permanent structures, i.e. marquees

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Previous event experience

- Full Drivers licence.

- Experience with Fencing, Marquees, Staging.

- Experience with Sound, Lighting, AV, Set building, Exhibitions, Rigging.

Job Types: Freelance, Zero hours contract

Additional pay:

• Performance bonus

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

• 12 hour shift

• 8 hour shift

• Day/Night shift

• Monday to Friday

• Holiday shifts

• Weekend availability

This job is physically demanding and requires the ability to:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 kilos regularly, throughout the shift.

• Must be able to push and pull equipment of various sizes and weights.

• Must be able to kneel, bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfil tasks.

Hourly Rates of Pay: £10.00 to £15.00 /hour - Weekly pay
