Receptionist

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a receptionist to work at Sophisticats Soho, on a full-time permanent basis, starting immediately.

We open 6 nights per week (Monday to Saturday) from 10pm to 3am.

The right candidate must be able to:

• Take cash and card payments.
• Organise all receipts for drinks and voucher sales.
• Confidently use word and excel.
• Work late nights and weekends.
• Provide a high standard of customer service.
• Legally work in the UK

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

• United Kingdom (required)
