Salary -£42 per hour for days

£47 per hour for nights

£52 per hour for weekends

£90 per hour bank holidays

Days of work - Flexible shift patterns

Hours - Full & Part time hours available

Sonderwell is looking for Community Complex Care Nurses.

We provide care for adults and children living at home with clinically complex care needs.

You will work directly with our clients and their families in their homes, providing care and support to help them live independently. You will support existing care teams by covering shifts when required, helping mobilise new packages and supporting carers with clinical competencies.

About you:

You must be a qualified Nurse with either paediatric or adult registration and hold current NMC registration. You will be expected to utilise skills and experience to meet the high-care delivery to clients with complex health needs within the client's home.
