We are looking to hire experienced Support Workers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for working with individuals who have disabilities and medical conditions by supporting them in their day-to-day lives, such as conducting shopping trips, housework, and providing transportation when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for dementia and LD and challenging behaviour services.
• Provide support to families, carers in order to ensure their health and well-being.
• Provide support and assistance according to the assessed needs of the family, carers and children.
• Support the planning, development and delivery of family support services.
• Undertake administrative duties associated with providing support services to families, carers and/or children.
• Follow agency policies, procedures and guidelines in relation to providing support services to families, carers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.45-£11.15 per hour

Experience:

• 1 year experience in health care (required)
• Support Worker (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
