Night Care Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Night Care Assistant required for a busy care home in the Sunderland area, working with a friendly team.

You will be assigned to work Night Duty during the hours of 11.00pm to 05.00am to support the service across the home.

Duties;

-to undertake personal care duties as required to service users;

-to support service users in a way that maintains dignity and privacy;

-to participate in record keeping, through brief written recording on individual case files;

-to meet service users' needs;

-to assist service users in performance of practical tasks;

-to promote independence;

-to undertake core training and attend staff meetings as and when required;

Successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Application of which the expense will be met by the applicant.

Full training will be provided and we will pay for you to complete your Care Certificate which is a nationally recognised qualification.

Hourly Rate £11.20 per hour
