Duties and Responsibilities ............................................................................................................

• Delivery of Bartender skills training e.g. induction, offer change, ongoing skills development
• Responsible for site training progression plan and accreditation sign off
• Strong communication line with GM on Team progression and engagement; Wins & Needs
• Attend Brand Bar Star meetings with Brand Trainer
• Ensure consistent delivery of brand bar bible, bar standards and WOW
• Responsible for bar merchandising and overhangs
• Completion of regular spec testing with Team
• Delivering Cocktail Masterclass including training and accreditation of CMC Team.
• Being the ‘hub’ of all product knowledge
• Works with GM to build a culture where Team feels empowered to connect and look after our guests.

To support the Management Team in delivering the following targets;

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.90 per hour

• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Oxford: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
