Trainee Telesales Representative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

No experience is required in order to join our fast paced sales office in Oswestry however, it is necessary to have an outstanding attitude and a desire to succeed and earn money. People with poor attitude and lack of self confidence need not apply.

We are a very successful and long standing company with some of our sales team earning upwards of £30,000 per year with no previous experience.

As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be confident on the phone making outbound calls and to be able to communicate in an honest and professional manner.

Full training with regards to all of our products and services and will be given as well as ongoing support.

We believe anyone with the right attitude can become a successful sales person in our team.

Telesales Representative duties and responsibilities

• Learn details about all services that we offer and reach out to potential customers to discuss them accurately.
• Address any questions or issues customers may have confidently and within a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers and offer solutions based on their needs and capabilities.
• Update our customer database with accurate information.
• Always strive towards meeting sales quota and achieving individual targets.
• Track calls and sales whilst keeping on top of notes and customer requests.

Telesales Representative requirements and qualifications

• Experience as a telesales representative or any form of customer service is desired but not essential.
• Must be confident in making outbound calls.
• Ability and willingness to learn about the products and services we offer as well as their specifications and benefits.
• Patient and friendly personality.
• An exceptional attitude and desire to succeed.

Job Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Salary: Basic wage + commission. Up to £30,000.00 per year (OTE)
