Receptionist/ clinic co- ordinator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen to become a part of luxury skin clinic located in Luton, Bedfordshire. We are looking for a hardworking, confident and experienced Receptionist/Front of House to join our quickly expanding team!

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be minimum level 2 beauty qualified, Level 3 is desirable.

- Experience of working within a Beauty or skin setting.

Main Duties:

- First class customer service

- Ensuring the clients journey from initial contact through to finishing their course of treatments is as positive as possible

- Administration duties

- Excellent English; written and spoken

- Booking appointments in to clinic CRM system

- Undertaking stock control every week

- Dealing with emails and phone enquiries

- Building relationships and rapport with all clients

- Upselling and cross selling treatments as well as skin products to clients

- Ensuring reception, bathroom and waiting area is always kept neat and tidy
