Due to the rapid growth of our company, Simpler Law Limited are looking for Full Time Customer Service Advisors to work from our Leicester Office.

With over 20 years working in the sector, At Simpler Law we pride ourselves on strong internal values and high standards of customer service.

Located near Leicester City Centre, boasting excellent transport links from the surrounding areas, we have some exciting opportunities available within our telephone-based team.

You will be responsible for initial client contact, acting from advertising and receiving incoming calls and referrals.

You will either have a track record in Customer Services or telephone sales or will be a confident communicator. No industry knowledge is required, as comprehensive and ongoing product training will be provided.

In return you can expect:

A basic salary of £22,000 - £24,000 plus commissions and bonuses, with OTE of £30-40k

28 days annual holiday (inc. Bank Holidays) increasing with length of service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
