We are hiring a Door Supervisor to work at an upcoming event and festival season. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking IDs, ensuring a safe and positive environment for our guests and maintaining security. The Door Supervisor will assist with ensuring compliance with liquor licensing regulations, enforcing building rules and monitoring crowd behavior. We're looking for a responsible, articulate and motivated individual who will take initiative in resolving any issues that may arise during the course of their shift.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise door staff.
• Ensure that the club complies with all legal requirements, such as ensuring that the club has a liquor licence, proper health and safety conditions are in place, and that staff are checked and cleared to work.
• Ensure that security cameras and alarms are working properly.
• Handle unruly patrons.
• Respond to incidents of theft or assault.
• Handling internal emergencies.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract

Salary: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
