The Role

• Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you would be leading a team managing UK and international orders and inventory to ensure customers are getting a high standard of service.
• Collaborating and maintaining working relationships with logistics partners to ensure KPIs are being met.
• Working with third party logistic partners to ensure excellent inventory control and management of goods waste. Mitigating waste risk by working with other departments.
• Lead an efficient, effective and happy team through support and clear personal and business goals.
• Representing the logistics teams on projects to support new product development launches.
• Stay up to date on regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues.
• Flexible working between home and office available.

The Candidate

The preferred candidate is a passionate, resourceful and well-organised individual. They will have strong communication and leadership skills and have experience in logistics, warehousing, planning and transport – ideally they will have experience with 3rd party logistics providers. They have a growth mind-set with a “never give up” attitude.
