Role Overview & Responsibilities

General Labourer
Due to internal development, we are looking for a new member to add to our team.

Busy growing firm near Five Ways seeking a laborer.

No experience is necessary, but an interest in powder coating and a keen eye for detail is desired.

Daily duties and tasks;

• Checking paperwork
• Measuring & loading goods
• Flexible and keen to learn new skills
• Achieving a high standard of punctuality and attendance
• Following company production rules
• Working on a production line in a fast-paced environment

Potentially being asked to work in other areas of the factory where needed

Have a strong work ethic conveying confidence and passion in delivering high-quality work.

Be happy working in a team under a supervisor and manager.

This role can be fast-paced and therefore we are looking for people who can work on their own initiative and keep a positive attitude at all times.

Shifts are 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm on a rotating weekly basis.
Usual holiday allowance. Occasional weekend work at time and a half.
Competitive rates of pay

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £10.00 per hour
