Are you looking for an opportunity to kick-start your career in Human Resources? Look no further! We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team as an Apprentice.

As an Apprentice at Siemens, you'll be placed on a Level 3 Human Resources Apprenticeship Programme with a focus on recruitment. You'll have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills by supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across our UK businesses.

As an Apprentice in our Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a vital role in recruiting top talent across a wide variety of skills, with a particular focus on the engineering and technology sectors.

Your responsibilities will include advertising vacancies, scheduling interviews and assessment centres, managing candidate queries, developing relationships with hiring managers, and promoting the Siemens Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition. You'll also have the opportunity to work on process improvement projects related to the recruitment process or wider Talent Acquisition function.

What do you need to qualify for this job? We're looking for candidates with a strong interest in a career in Human Resources / Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, and an impeccable eye for detail. You should be enthusiastic, innovative, and have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to develop relationships with both internal and external customers.
