Marketing Executive

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and effective marketing techniques to create and execute successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behavior
• Develop marketing strategies that are aligned with business goals and objectives
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events
• Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, product development, and creative, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals
• Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and ensure efficient use of resources
• Track and analyze the results of marketing campaigns, using data to identify successes and areas for improvement
• Create and manage content for marketing materials, including social media, website, email, and print collateral
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry influencers, and media outlets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
• Your prior portfolio will be required

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £10.00-£20.00 per hour

• Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
