Office & Marketing manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Office Manager, Social Media Marketer, and Event Booker for our Crazy golf Cocktail Bar. As the primary point of contact for all administrative tasks, social media marketing, and event bookings, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day e-mail enquiries, booking in groups, managing existing bookings
• Running Google, Facebook & other social media adds
• Create and implement effective social media marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our bar
• Monitor and maintain our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and respond to customer inquiries and feedback
• Develop and execute event plans, including organising and promoting live show events, stand-up, magic, and other special events
• Work with the bar staff to ensure events run smoothly and all guests have a positive experience
• Assist with other tasks as needed, watching over the bar, helping out in busy times collecting glasses or hosting guests
• Taking photos and videos of guest experiences along with "silly" bar challenges

Experience & Qualifications:

• Be experienced with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• have good IT knowledge of media editing software
• Experience in bars, either behind or front of house
• Confident and experienced with Adobe, Photoshop and other similar platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
• Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
