Job Title: Test Lead (Manual)

Location: Manchester

Salary: £60-80k

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Test Lead (Manual) to join an innovative SaaS Software company based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading manual testing activities for the company’s software applications. You will create effective test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and accuracy of the software across different platforms and devices. You will be required to document test results and provide feedback to the development team. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior testers in the team.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with manual testing, including the creation of test plans, test cases and reports.
• Knowledge of different software testing techniques, such as functional, regression, integration and usability testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and bug reporting tools.
• Ability to analyse and troubleshoot software issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development processes and industry best practices.
